Clerecy's Mission: Make the regulated world the most modern
Recent Work
Our focus areas: letting a citizen's own AI agent work directly with a government website, producing legal citations that hold up to verification in policy work, and providing tools that can update a dense policy site without breaking it. Each serves the same end. Policy-forward government teams become more capable of meeting constituent needs, with a named person accountable for every change.
WebMCP Challenge: an agent-native government site
Our entry publishes a fifty-one page agency site whose agent tools are emitted by the CMS at publish time, not written by hand. Watch the three-minute submission.
See the entryUnion Nexus: legal citations that hold up
Grievance case files in which every quotation is matched character by character against its source. In production, 2.41% of citations fail verification, down from 7.35%. Our strongest recorded run produced 908 citations with none failing.
See the benchmarksAgents inside the CMS: what we measured
Three public benchmarks of AI agents doing real content work. Zero broken links, 39% fewer tokens, and a one-turn refusal where competitors deleted the page.

Every AI call our products make is routed, logged, costed, and approved by a named person.
Read the announcementWhat if we could drive better outcomes through changing our IT strategy? But we all know real life has curve balls, so we built them into the simulation. We model four ways to modernize — governance first, discount first, platform first, and agents first — run month by month for a decade against six shocks: a discount cliff, a workforce cut, a breach, a change of administration, a statutory deadline, and a core vendor exit. Move the levers yourself and watch what each choice costs.
